Daydreaming of something warmer

Sources: Click photos for source.

I shouldn't be surprised. Living in the Midwest all my life has taught me that weather can be unpredictable. I'm used to hearing friends and family chirp those familiar words when I complain about the cold weather/muggy weather/rainy weather/anything but high 60's-low 70's sunny.

"You live in Minnesota."

That's why I'm not at all surprised it snowed Saturday. Not at all surprised that if I stepped out of my warm house today it would be chilly and windy. I'm not going to though. I'll stay in my room studying and looking up at my warm toned wood blinds and delude myself into thinking it is in fact sunny and beautiful out. In between said studying I'll gaze longing at photos of Southern California and dream fiercely about May. It can't snow in May in Minnesota can it?

Of course it can.

  4. Hey lady! The "follow" button for GFC should be at the top left corner of my blog. If it isn't there, then on the right corner it should have a "sign in" button. Sign in and then the "follow" button should appear on my blog. Hope that helped!
